HomeNet is made up of 3 elements
Faceplates our term for wall outlets, which can provide up to 8 separate services from one point.
The Cable which is a very high specification product known as 'Cat 8' and is capable of taking signals for the new High Definition TVs (HDTV) and 'soon to be released' High Definition DVD players.
The Patch Cabinet where you cross-link the services required to a particular outlet and where your distribution equipment for TV, telephone, and computer LAN is safely housed.
Just one of our faceplates can take the place of, for instance, a satellite point, telephone point, UHF TV point, FM point, audio and speaker points, RJ45s and all the associated wiring. Bear this in mind when comparing with quotes that simply use Cat 5e cable and coaxials for the TV.
